This Oviedo House is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood that comfortably hosts a family, group of friends, couples or single traveler. This home is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the region in which it resides. Situated on a tree-lined street with very little traffic, this rental has been updated to match the taste and needs of even the most discerning travelers. Our three-bedroom home is ideal for large group trips or families traveling with children. The house has two full bathrooms, a pool heater and is just 30 minutes away from top attractions!

Though our home is a little secluded, we have fantastic neighbors. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing as you will have tons of privacy on the property. You may feel that you’ve traveled to a different world, but grocery stores, restaurants, and other businesses are minutes away. The best of both worlds!
Guest Access
We have keyless entry. 24 hours before your stay we will give you all information needed to check in at the appropriate time.
Good to know
This Airbnb is located on a large plot of land. The house layout includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second and third bedrooms. There is also a pack and play for babies on-site (upon request). The pool can be heated and is located off to one side of the property where everyone can relax and enjoy their vacation. You can swim or lounge in the pool while enjoying conversations in the enclosed back porch at night, or cook up some barbeque on the grill while you enjoy your morning coffee!
Other Details to Note
This house is close to the expressway so there is white noise during your stay. Early check-in or late check-out is possible, but this will need to be approved and there is an additional charge for this service as we have to bring in an additional cleaner to have the home ready in a shorter period of time. We allow up to 2 hours for early check in or late check out. We charge $20 per hour for these additional services. Please let us know if you would like these additional services.
